I am a trauma-informed registered 500-hour Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
Strong Backs, Steady Minds: First Responders Yoga
I teach Strong Back, Steady Minds: a yoga and mobility program designed specifically for firefighters, police officers, EMS, and ambulance personnel. This 10-week, on-site training builds strength, flexibility, and stress resilience through practical, shift-friendly movement sets, tactical breathwork, and mental skills like visualization. All exercises are adaptable for duty gear and tight spaces—including chair-based options for dispatch and downtime. Help your team move better, breathe easier, and stay sharp under pressure.
