Training
In 2022, I completed the 200-hr Yoga Teacher certification at Be Well Integrated Health Services, led by Tisha Giangiordano. Be Well’s training program emphasizes anatomy, accessibility, body alignment, breathwork, meditation, myofascial release, somatic relaxation techniques, and Yogic Tantra philosophy.
Meditation
From 1998-2000, I studied Open FocusⓇ meditation and attention techniques under the guidance of Les Fehmi, PhD at The Princeton Biofeedback Centre. Open FocusⓇ is a practical and effective method for reducing stress-related symptoms and enhancing well-being, using principles developed in the field of biofeedback.
